Firefighters Battle Overnight Blaze on Burgundy Lane, New City

Last night, multiple fire departments and emergency services responded to an active fire at the rear of a house on Burgundy Lane in New City.

The fire broke out late in the evening, prompting a swift response from the Central Nyack, New City, and West Nyack Fire Departments. Clarkstown Police also arrived to assist with securing the scene and managing traffic in the area.

EMS was on site to treat victims for smoke inhalation. Fortunately, there were no reports of serious injuries, thanks to the rapid efforts of first responders.
