Horrific Blaze in Geulah Claims Life of Three-Year-old, R”l

Thursday evening, a fire broke out in an upper-level apartment in the Bucharim section of the Geulah neighborhood of Yerushalayim. 

Frantic residents evacuated in the face of the fast-moving blaze, as the flames and the smoke overtook the building. 

It was immediately known that two young children were missing. One was located outside the building, having been able to escape. 

First responders, IDF, and Israel Police did everything they could to find the missing three-year-old, continuing their search as soon as the flames had been extinguished. 

But they soon made the tragic discovery of the child’s lifeless body inside the apartment—a tragic victim of this massive fire.
