Rockland Responds: Town of Ramapo Supervisor Michael Specht Comments on Request for Stop Signs

Hi, 

I reside on Brewer Road corner of Caviile Drive. There's no stop sign on Caville Drive, so drivers turning from Caville into Brewer, a busy road, are in danger of causing an accident. The same is going on by the next corner on Brewer Road and the corner of Deronde Road. Please look into this matter.

Dear Sol,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The Town's traffic engineers are conducting a town-wide traffic study to examine our streets and intersections so we can implement improvements, including traffic control signs and lights, and turning lanes. I will ask our engineers to look at the Brewer Road intersections as part of this plan.
