Regeneron Buys Avon Headquarters for $38.875 Million

The Avon corporate headquarters building, situated on 10 acres in Suffern, was sold to Regeneron for $38.875 million after announcing it would be closing its doors in 2022, as reported on Rockland Daily here.

Regeneron intends to use its new facility for research and development as well as cold storage, allowing the company to expand its research focused on infectious diseases while further developing treatments.

According to RCBJ, the company will offer 230 full-time jobs with salaries that range from $105,000 to $435,000 per year. Regeneron will spend $70 million on infrastructure and reconstruction of the 235,000-square-foot facility, which should be completed in 2026.
