Kids Cook: Solar Eclipse Cookies

Get your kids excited about the upcoming solar eclipse by baking these delicious cookies.

You will need:

Chocolate sandwich cookies

Yellow baking chocolate

Thin pretzels

Step #1: Open up one cookie and start placing small pieces of pretzels on the inside all around the cookie then cover it with the other half of the cookie.

Step#2: Melt the yellow chocolate and dip the cookie inside covering all over.

Step #3: Let the chocolate harden then open up another cookie and place one half on top of the sun.
