Haverstraw Bay Park Receives $192,000 for Upgrades

Rockland County approved a $192,000 resolution to resurface and update the rubber surfacing in the Haverstraw Bay Park Playground.

Rockland County Executive Ed Day met last week with Purchasing Director Paul Brennan, Division of Environmental Resources Parks Operations Manager Michael DiMola, and ARPA Director Jenna Nazario to confirm the funding.

Areas of the playground will close beginning September 25th for renovations, which should be completed later this Fall.
