Today, the Town of Ramapo held a meeting to make the annual arrangements for pre-Pesach garbage pickup and disposal. Town of Ramapo officials and Rockland Green representatives attended the meeting along with other village and town representatives.
Additionally, last week, the Town of Ramapo Supervisor Michael Specht, together with the appropriate officials including Town of Ramapo Superintendent of Highways Fred Brinn, OEP Coordinator Josh Hans, Chaverim of Rockland Coordinator Yossi Margeratten, and Feivy Mermelstein from the Village of Kaser held its annual meeting to create a new and improved traffic pattern to help avoid tremendous traffic congestion throughout Rockland and improve pedestrian and driver safety for Purim day.
The team devised a plan focusing on improved traffic management and public safety, highlighting increased patrols and strategic signage to guide the community.
