Miracle On The NYS Thruway: Driver Walks Away from Totaled Car Near Exit 15a

Spring Hill EMS, NY State Troopers, and the Tallman and Hillburn Fire Departments are all on scene for a severe car accident on the NYS Thruway south near exit 15a. 

The accident was caused when a truck and car collided, resulting in the car getting completely totaled. To everyone's disbelief, the driver of the car miraculously walked out with only minor injuries and was transported to the Westchester hospital for treatment.

Traffic is currently building up on the thruway as emergency response teams work to clear the scene.
