Chavivim Celebrates Kvias Mezuzah for New Headquarters

Chavivim of Rockland held a kvias mezuzah celebration on Thursday night, January 19, for their new office located at John Street in Spring Valley. Rabbi Shimon Avrum Indig, Chavivim's Rav, put up the mezuzah for the new office that will serve as the organization's new headquarters for the solely volunteer chesed organization, which is there to help those in Rockland County who are in need of assistance.  

"We are here for the community,"  David Friedman, Chavivm coordinator, shared with Rockland Daily. "Anytime, for any need, we are here to assist in any way we can."
