Askonim Galvanize for Monsey Community in the Face of Unprecedented Yeshiva Crisis

The Monsey community is facing an unprecedented crisis in which many boys and girls are sitting home without a yeshiva or school to go to.
Last year, faced with a similar crisis, Askonim have jumped into the fray and formed the Doroseinu organization which placed more than 100 children into Monsey schools and yeshivos.
Hoping to build on last years success, and faced with an even greater crisis this year, the askonim have issued a call to all affected families to register their children with them, so they’re aware of their plight, and will work to place them in schools.
“While placement cannot be guaranteed, Doroseinu remains committed to leaving no stone unturned in its effort to secure a school spot for every child in need,” Doroseinu said.
