UPDATE: Breaking: Dramatic Arrest On Saddle River Road

Further details have now been released by the Spring Valley Police regarding the arrest that took place yesterday in front of Newday, near Margetts Road.
The suspect that was arrested was wanted in connection to a shooting that occured on October 26 at 25 South Main St, Spring Valley. When Spring Valley Police arrived at the scene they found one victim with a gunshot wound, who was treated at the scene and then transferred to the hospital.
An investigation was opened to find the suspect, who was later identified as 30-year-old Spring Valley resident Tywan St. Philippe. In a coordinated effort by the Spring Valley Police and the FBI NY Westchester Safe Street Task force, they were able to locate and apprehend the suspect during yesterday's operation, and recover the gun.

A dramatic arrest is currently going down on Saddle River Rd in front of Newday.
Witnesses saw a car speeding down Saddle River Road, closely followed by multiple vehicles that blocked the road and boxed in the car near the corner of Margetts Road.
Officers from multiple agencies, according to reports including the FBI, were seen opening the car door and dragging out the driver and passengers. Three suspects were arrested, and the suspect's car was then towed away.
