Rockland Responds: Town of Ramapo Supervisor Michael Specht Comments on Blinking Stop Sign Query

What would it take for the Town or County to install more blinking stop signs, which are always visible, given that very few are stationed in our community?

Thank you for the letter. 

I spoke to Highway Superintendent Fred Brinn about the blinking stop signs. The Town currently does not have any; some of the Villages have installed some on their roads. We will also ask our traffic consultant to look into whether we should add them to some of our intersections.
