Days of Celebration in Satmar Monsey Talmud Torah
Yitzy Fried
For the past few years, the Satmar Talmud Torah of Monsey has been hosted in a building owned by the Skverer Chassidus. Following Sukkos, they entered a new building generously dedicated by Reb Chaim Moshe Goldstein.
Last Wednesday, the boys from the Talmud Torah visited the Skverer Rebbe shlit”a to thank him for his years of hachnosas orchim, serving as the host for their Torah and tefillah.
On Thursday, the Satmar Rebbe will officially inaugurate the new building, davening with the older boys of the yeshiva, and affixing mezuzos on this new edifice that will serve the Tinnokos Shel Bais Rabban of the Satmar Talmud Torah in Monsey for many years to come.
