BDE: Reb Daniel Yitzchok Halpern, z”l

We regret to inform you of the passing of Reb Daniel Yitzchok Halpern, z”l, of the Viznitzer kehillah in Monsey. He was 82 years of age. 

The niftar was an ardent Viznitzer Chossid and was from the first Chassidim to settle in Monsey when the Toras Mordechai moved there. 

He is remembered for his kind ways and for his ehrlichkeit and yiras Shomayim. He was known for his ehrlichkeit, especially in matters of money. He leaves behind a beautiful family of children and grandchildren who follow in his ways.  

The levaya took place outside the Viznitzer Beis Medrash at 10:00 this morning.
