The funds will be used to implement and administer the Continuum of Care Program for homelessness services to promote community-wide commitment to ending homelessness. It will also be utilized to provide funding for efforts to rehouse homeless individuals and families quickly and to promote access to mainstream programs to optimize self-sufficiency among those experiencing homelessness.
