Orange and Rockland Warns Do-It-Yourselfers to Beware Before Digging

Homeowners and Do-It-Yourself enthusiasts are warned to be aware of the Tolerance Zone when digging. 

The Tolerance Zone extends a certain distance on either side of marked utility lines, and those who plan on doing any digging need to be aware of that zone to prevent accidental damage to buried lines.
