Single Family Lot on Jill Lane in Monsey Turning Into 10 Condominium Units

A single-family home located at 17 Jill Lane in Monsey, acquired in December of 2021 for $1,800,000, will soon be turned into ten condominium units.

The .32-acre property is located in the Village of Kaser, which, according to the 2010 census, is the most densely populated municipality in New York State.
