Congressman Lawler Announces $8 Million in New Funding for Infrastructure in Rockland County

Congressman Mike Lawler announced eight million dollars in new funding for infrastructure in Rockland County this morning.
The announcement was made by the congressman, together with state and local elected officials at the Ramapo Town Hall in Suffern, including State Senator Bill Weber, State Aseemblyman John McGowan, Ramapo Supervisor Michael Specht, and the Mayors of Airmont, Chestnut Ridge, Pomona, Wesley Hills, New Hempstead and New Square.
After years of anticipation, Rockland residents are finally getting the essential funding they've long awaited for infrastructure improvements. This much-needed boost comes at a critical time, especially considering the area's rapid growth, injecting a much-needed dose of vitality into the community's development plans.
