Rep. Mike Lawler Announces EL AL Flights for U.S. Citizens Seeking Return from Israel

Congressman Mike Lawler has announced that U.S. citizens currently in Israel can now register for EL AL recovery flights to return home. The arrangement was made in coordination with the U.S. State Department, the U.S. Ambassador to Israel, the Israeli government, and EL AL Airlines.

“I’m proud to have worked with the @StateDept, @USAmbIsrael, the Israeli government, and EL AL to ensure the safe return of American citizens,” Congressman Lawler said in a statement. “Thank you to everyone who played a role in making this possible.”

Lawler’s announcement brings relief to many Americans abroad seeking a way home amid recent instability in the region.
