Busy 24 Hours for Ramapo Police: Multiple Arrests for DUI, Grand Larceny, Robbery, and Car Chase

Last week Thursday, the Ramapo Police responded to a range
of criminal activity in Ramapo in just 24 hours.
Within this time frame, officers arrested two drivers who
were driving with suspended licenses, one of which was under the influence and
involved in a domestic violence incident.
Officers were also involved in a car chase with a suspect who fled Walmart in a vehicle after
committing grand larceny but was quickly tracked down, found with illegal substances, and taken into custody.
Meanwhile, following an extensive investigation, Ramapo
Police detectives arrested two residents on serious felony charges, including
Robbery in the 1st and 2nd degree, as well as Grand
Larceny through extortion and blackmail.
