Refuah Health Center officially launched construction last week on a brand-new 20,000 square foot Women’s Health Wing, a major expansion set to transform healthcare access for women in New Square and across the greater Hudson Valley region.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by New York State Health Commissioner Dr. James V. McDonald, local leaders, and community members, all gathered to mark this significant milestone.
“This is more than just an expansion, it’s an investment in the future of women’s health,” said Refuah CEO Chanie Sternberg.
The new wing will offer expanded services tailored to women’s health needs. Construction is already underway, with completion expected by December 2026.
