Ramapo Special Operations Lieutenant Graduates FBI National Academy

Ramapo Police Chief Dan Hyman attended the graduation of Ramapo Lieutenant Blaine Howell, who graduated from the FBI National Academy Program. 

Lt Howell was part of a group of 256 law enforcement, military and federal civilian leaders from the US and 27 other countries who underwent special leadership training for 11 weeks at the National Academy. The participants completed courses in Leadership Essentials, Fitness in Law Enforcement, Critical Incident Decision Making, Wellness & Resiliency, Communication, Human Engagement, and Drug Enforcement Strategies.

Lt. Howell is now one of four active Ramapo Police leaders who have graduated from this program.
