O&R Receives 2024 Reliability Award

O&R was recognized for their superior service and was named as the recipient of the 2024 ReliabilityOne® Award for Outstanding Reliability Performance in the Northeast Suburban/Rural service area.

This award is given to utlility companies who deliver the most reliable service and support to their customers. In the past year alone, O&R spent nearly $160 million to improve and fortify their infrastructure in order to prevent and reduce outages.
