New Picnic Pavilion Completed at Lowland Park in Stony Point

A new large picnic pavilion has been completed at Charles S. Eccher (Lowland) Park, bringing a major new upgrade to the popular recreational area for Stony Point families.

The Town of Stony Point announced the completion Friday, with Superintendent Javenes highlighting the new structure as a great improvement for residents and families using the park.

The large covered pavilion includes several picnic tables, with nice covered roofing, giving families and visitors a nice and comfortable place to sit and enjoy the park.

Town officials thanked Willy Hogan, Garrett Lukas, Curt Wicks, and Jack Hogan for their work on the project.
