Faist Ramapo EMS Ambulance members took part in a full day of intensive training yesterday focused on different types of extrication scenarios, aimed at strengthening skills and introducing updated rescue methods.

The training began in the early morning hours and continued throughout the day, giving members the opportunity to practice various techniques used when responding to complex emergencies. The session was led by Training Lieutenant Chaim Klein.

At the end of the day, crews participated in a joint drill with Tallman Fire Department 20, simulating a scenario involving a working bulldozer with an incapacitated driver.

The exercise was led by Chief Murphy, allowing responders from both agencies to practice coordination and response procedures during a specialized rescue situation.
