Apartment Fire in Tosh Results in Terrible Tragedy

R’ Duvid Teichner u"h, 93 years old, a longtime Monsey resident who later moved to Kiryas Tosh, and his wife were victims of a house fire in Tosh, Canada, this morning. 

Hatzolah of Tosh, along with Chaverim and the fire department, responded to a report of a housefire at 8:20 this morning. When emergency personnel arrived at the home at 11 Beth Halevi, smoke was pouring out of the basement. 

The fire department broke through the doors, but unfortunately, Hatzoloh was unable to revive the couple, who had died from smoke inhalation.
