Traffic Alert: Thruway Reopens After Tractor-trailer Rollover

The New York Thruway has reopened after a tractor-trailer overturned at around 2:09 this morning after a collision with a car that blocked all lanes.

The collision took place near exit 14 between Spring Valley and Nanuet and left southbound traffic backed up more than three miles for hours as southbound drivers were forced to use the right shoulder while northbound drivers took a detour by getting off at exit 14.

Minor injuries were reported at the scene.
