The William P. Faist Volunteer Ambulance Corps held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Sunday evening at its headquarters in Chestnut Ridge to introduce two new emergency response fly cars that will serve residents in the Town of Ramapo.
The fly cars allow first responders to arrive at emergency scenes faster while ambulances are on the way.
"Faist ambulance Corp is proud to introduce two new fly cars to our fleet. Our fly cars are fully equipped to handle any and all emergencies and will greatly help enhance response times to better serve our community," one of the leaders told Rockland Daily.
