Watch: Man Slashes Tires In Kosher Hive Parking Lot

Rockland Daily has obtained footage of the incident yesterday in The Kosher Hive parking lot, as previously reported by Rockland Daily here.  

The perpetrator, wearing a blue shirt, can be seen walking between cars and bending down to slash the tires of multiple vehicles.
