Vehicle Slams Into Hillcrest Home on Ward Lane, Causing Structural Damage

Emergency crews responded to a serious incident in Hillcrest this afternoon after a vehicle crashed directly into a home on Ward Lane, leaving visible damage to the structure.

Ramapo Police Department and the Hillcrest Fire Department arrived quickly, assessing the impact and checking the home for stability. Despite the significant damage to the exterior wall, no injuries were reported. Both the driver and the residents were evaluated and found unharmed.

Officials are continuing to investigate how the crash occurred. Building inspectors are expected to assess the home further to determine the extent of the repairs needed.
