Tree Collapse Causes Major Disruption at Faist Ambulance Garage

A large tree came crashing down in front of the Faist Ambulance garage, taking down wires and breaking a water main. Water gushed straight into the building, leaving it without electricity and flooding the garage. The fallen tree also blocked the driveway, leaving all the ambulances stuck inside.

Faist quickly brought in additional ambulances from their other location to ensure emergency coverage while the situation was being addressed.

O&R and Viola crews worked tirelessly through the night, bringing in extra trucks from other areas to assist. By morning, the roadway and garage were cleared, though water service had not yet been restored.
