Tractor Trailer Blocked All Lanes On I-87

A disabled tractor trailer on the I-87 North this afternoon blocked all 3 lanes before exit 13, the Palisades Parkway exit. 

Vehicles were able to pass by using the shoulder, causing heavy traffic delays on the thruway. 

Emergency services moved the trailer to the side within a half hour, allowing traffic to pass and clear up.
