Town of Ramapo Assessor's Office Offers Toolkit to Compare Properties

The Town of Ramapo Assessor's toolkit, Comper is an interactive map-based application that allows taxpayers to view their property alongside similar properties that have sold nearby. 

Viewers can visit here to select which comps they wish to use as evidence and save them. Simple, easy-to-use filters allow users to select the sales evidence they feel best represents their own property.

Additionally, the Town of Ramapo's Assessor's Office has recently updated its website with a new property portal known as "PROS" (Property Record Online System).

PROS is an interactive website that can be found here. 

It allows users to search for property information in the Town of Ramapo. Users can review assessment information, property inventory, and improvements.
