Third and Final Arrest Made in Last Week's Armed Robbery in Pomona

A third arrest of the final armed robber that took place in Pomona last week was made Monday afternoon, according to Haverstraw Police.

The robbery occurred on Thursday, October 19, near Old Route 202, after an individual making an online sale gone wrong agreed to meet the buyer and was instead robbed at gunpoint by three men.

Residents conducting online sales are advised only to meet in brightly lit public places or safe locations, such as the one outside the Rockland County Sheriffs Office, as reported by Rockland Daily here.
