Suspect Arrested In Connection To Deceased Individual Found In Spring Valley

A suspect has been arrested in connection to the deceased male that was found in an abandoned building on Centre Street in Spring Valley yesterday. 

The suspect, a 26-year-old homeless man named Christian Guzman-Loera, allegedly struck the victim in the head and body with a piece of lumber before leaving him in the abandoned building in freezing temperatures. 

Guzman-Loera is now facing a 2nd-degree murder charge
