St. Zita’s Village Sold, Partial Sale to Bobover Yeshiva

St Zita’s Village, the 14-acre property at the corner of North Saddle River Dr. and Grove Street, has been sold for $12 million dollars. 

The property was bought by a Suffern-based developer who then resold close to an acre to Bobov. The lot is located right near the Bobov yeshivah ketana, Ateres Shloime, which is currently located on a neighboring property on Grove Street. 

The rest of the property was sold to another developer, who plans to build a residential multifamily housing development.
