Ramapo Police Department detectives announced the arrest of a 33-year-old Spring Valley man for burglary. 

The arrest was the result of an investigation into a business burglary that occurred in August of this year.

The man was charged with Burglary 3rd (Class D Felony), Criminal Mischief 4th (Class A Misdemeanor), and Criminal Contempt 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor).  

The defendant was arraigned before Judge Schoenberger and subsequently released without bail. He is expected back in court on Tuesday, October 24.
