Spring Valley Hires Private Company for Pothole Repairs Throughout Village

In a four-to-one vote, in which the mayor abstained, the entire Village of Spring Valley board of trustees voted to hire Mag Paving to repair potholes throughout the village. 

"This unanimous vote will allow the Department of Public Works to concentrate their efforts in other places while we take care of this pressing problem for our residents," Village of Spring Valley Deputy Mayor Yisroel Eisenbach shares exclusively with Rockland Daily. "We appreciate all of the work that the DPW does throughout the village, but realize that this is something that must be taken care of sooner rather than later for the quality of life of our residents. 

Mag Paving began work this morning within the village.
