Skverer Rebbe to Spend Historic Shabbos in Arizona With Major Supporters of New Beis Medrash

A group of major supporters of Skver’s massive new Shul will have the opportunity to spend a special, historic Shabbos in Arizona together with the Rebbe, as fundraising efforts continue to raise the significant funds still needed to complete the magnificent building.

The massive new Skverer Beis Medrash, which the Chasidim moved into approximately two years ago, stands as one of the community’s largest and most ambitious projects. While the Shul has already been in use for the past two years, substantial work remains to fully complete the building, requiring significant additional funding. As part of the ongoing fundraising campaign, Negidim who contribute $500,000 or more toward the completion of the Shul are being invited to join this exclusive Shabbos with the Rebbe.

The gathering is scheduled for Parshas Vayigash at an Arizona hotel, where the big negidim will be able to join the tefillos and tishen with the Rebbe in a private and intimate format. The Nedivim will also have the rare opportunity to enter the Rebbe with their families for a private kvitel as part of the special Shabbos.

After Shabbos, the Rebbe is expected to travel to Malibu, California, where he traditionally spends several weeks during the winter, as preparations and fundraising continue for the major new building project in Skver.
