Samsondale Plaza in West Haverstraw Sells for $26.5M

JLL Capital Markets announced on Monday, July 11, that the 156,185 square-foot Samsondale Plaza in West Haverstraw sold for $26.5 million.

The frum buyer is an affiliate of Northeast Capital Group. A broad swath of Rockland County residents frequent the shopping center due to the location being home to the only  New York State Department of Motor Vehicles in the entire county. 

Samsondale Plaza is anchored by Stop & Shop. Other major tenants presently on location at the 91% leased shopping center include Dollar Tree, Mandee, Advance Auto Parts, T-Mobile, Sports Clips, Cure Pharmacy, and Sally Beauty Supply. The mall boasts more than 17,000 vehicles passing by daily on Route 9W.
