Rockland County District Attorney Walsh Sworn In for Second Term

Rockland County District Attorney Thomas E. Walsh II  was sworn in last Thurday for his second term. 

DA Walsh is a lifelong resident of Rockland County and a graduate of Fordham College and St. John's University School of Law. He has practiced law for over forty years, including thirty-five years of judicial experience – at the local, county, and state level. 

In DA Walsh's first term as District Attorney, his office has worked in cooperation with federal, state, and local law enforcement to combat drug dealing and the targeting of minors. 

The Rockland County District Attorney's Office also makes it a priority to be involved in the community it serves, holding an annual legislative breakfast open to all elected officials in Rockland County. The event provides elected officials the ability to meet those who work in the District Attorney's Office, hear about the many programs offered, learn about different crime trends and statistics, and ask any questions.
