Rockland County Boasts 3,179 Acres of Parkland

The Rockland County Park System has grown to a network of thirty parks totaling 3,179 acres.

The goal of the Rockland County Park System is to provide Rockland County residents with ready access to local parks without having to endure traffic congestion or drive long distances in order to enjoy nature's beauty. 

The Rockland County Park System has parks that are undeveloped and in wild states, parks that offer playgrounds and picnic areas, as well as parks that offer boat launches.
