With Memorial Day Weekend looming, law enforcement agencies are ramping up patrols to curb impaired and reckless driving.

In a recent statement on X, the Rockland Government wrote "Attention residents! We remind you that during holiday weekends - including Memorial Day Weekend - police are out in full force cracking down on impaired and reckless driving.

We urge you to stay safe, plan ahead, and don't drive under the influence."
