Playground Equipment Arrives for Brand-New Park on Grove Street

Equipment for a brand-new playground on Grove Street in Monsey was delivered to the location today. 

The new park on Grove Street near Treetop Lane is located three blocks away from Hatzoloh of Rockland and Brewer Fire Engine Company Number 1.

The ground will require excavation prior to the installation of the equipment. The park, which will have two covered picnic areas, swings, benches, and a lengthy play area with bridges, slides, tunnels, rock walls, and more, should be ready for visitors well before the Yomim Tovim by mid-September.

The new playground is funded by the Department of Parks and Recreation.
