Piermont Fire Department Saves Swan Stuck In Frozen Lake

On Sunday morning the Piermont Fire Department Marine and Divers responded to the call from the Piermont Police Department for a swan who got stuck in frozen water. 

The Piermont divers got into the Marine 2 boat to rescue the bird, but as the boat got closer to the swan the ice broke up and allowed the bird to fly away unassisted.
