Nyack E-Waste Collection Today as Paving Set to Begin Monday

By Y.M. Lowy

The Village’s Department of Public Works is collecting e-waste today, encouraging residents to place unwanted electronics at the curb for safe disposal. Accepted items include computers, laptops, phones, copiers, and other small electronics with cords.

At the same time, officials shared an update on ongoing road improvements across the village. Milling work has now been completed on all streets, and paving is set to begin Monday, April 27. The paving process is expected to take about two days.

Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the e-waste collection opportunity while also planning ahead for possible delays as paving work gets underway next week.
