New Development In the Plans on Herrick Avenue

Plans were recently submitted to the Community Design Review Committee for a brand-new development on the vacant lot at the corner of Herrick Avenue and Stephens Place, to be called “Herrick Estates.”

The plans include 7 large buildings along with 7 smaller buildings, each housing multiple units of different sizes. The buildings will have empty recreational space in the center with the buildings around the edge of the property. 

Plans are being confirmed and will then be submitted to the planning board for approval.
