Lev Clinic in Monsey Adds Special Late Hours to Accommodate Voters

Lev Family Health will see patients until 10:30 p.m. on Election Day, 90 minutes past its usual close, so residents who spend the day at the polls can still get to a doctor.

MONSEY, N.Y. — Lev Family Health's Monsey location will stay open until 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 3, adding late hours on Election Day so residents who spend the day voting, volunteering or following the returns can still see a provider.

The clinic normally closes at 9 p.m. The extra 90 minutes apply to Election Day only.

Polls across New York close at 9 p.m. With Monsey at the center of several closely watched races this year, the practice said it did not want anyone to choose between casting a ballot and getting care.

"Election Day is a long day for a lot of families here," said a Lev Family Health spokesperson. "People stand on line, they follow every update, and their own health slides to the bottom of the list. We wanted to give them a little more time."

For years the clinic in the Evergreen mall, in the center of Monsey, was known locally as Monsey Urgent Care. It now operates as a full primary care practice under the Lev Family Health name, caring for adults and children under one roof, with same-day sick visits alongside routine and well care.

The practice recently expanded, adding new providers for both children and adults.

Patients can come in for a sick visit or schedule a well visit. Lev Family Health accepts Fidelis Care, Molina Healthcare, MVP Health Care and HealthPlus.

Lev Family Health — Monsey is in the Evergreen mall, 77 Route 59, Monsey. The phone number is 845.356.2273.
