Lake Suzanne Begins Transformation from Eyesore to Oasis

Today, Lake Suzanne began the first step of its long-anticipated renovation from a longtime eyesore into scenic parkland complete with a park and boardwalk, as reported on April 3 by Rockland Daily here. 

"I am thrilled to see that the process has finally begun," Legislator Aron Wieder, who first announced the Lake Suzanne renovations project in the spring, shares exclusively with Rockland Daily. "It is a project that was long in coming and will add so much to the quality of life of so many. Rockland has so many beautiful opportunities to offer. We just have to be open to seeing the potential around us and then acting on it."
