Hit and Run Severely Injures Eight-Year-Old Boy in Spring Valley

Emergency personnel are at the scene where an eight-year-old boy is in serious condition after being struck by a minivan shortly before 7:00 p.m. this evening on Union Road and Park Street in Spring Valley. 

The driver of the black minivan that struck the boy fled the scene initially but returned less than thirty minutes later. 

Hatzoloh EMS transported the injured party to Westchester Medical Center.

Police are questioning the driver upon his return to the accident scene at around 7:25.

Tehillim is requested for Elimelech Ben Baila Rivka.
